The prompt and the story answer different questions. A prompt shows what was typed and what came back, which is what someone learning the tool wants. A synopsis shows how much story a piece set out to carry, which is what someone judging a finished work wants.

StoryShort's prompts are long, sometimes a whole paragraph of action, camera and lighting notes. Flow TV's come with a button that loads the same prompt into the tool, and Flixly keeps the full prompt with each item so a visitor can make something like it.
